What is dana duckworth?

Dana Duckworth is a former collegiate gymnast and the current head coach of the University of Alabama gymnastics team. She was a member of the Alabama Crimson Tide gymnastics team from 1992 to 1995, during which time she was a three-time All-American and helped lead the team to two SEC Championships.

After retiring from competitive gymnastics, Duckworth served as an assistant coach for the Alabama gymnastics team for 8 years before being named head coach in 2015. Under her leadership, the team has continued to be a competitive force in collegiate gymnastics, consistently ranking in the top 10 nationally and winning multiple SEC Championships.

Duckworth is known for her passion, dedication, and commitment to her athletes, as well as her positive and motivational coaching style. She is respected in the gymnastics community for her knowledge of the sport and her ability to mentor and develop young athletes.
